“Wings Over Oconto” Contest
THE OCONTO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE is sponsoring a “Chicken Wings Contest” called “Wings Over Oconto” at The Oconto Elks Fly In and Car Show on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
Any local restaurant, tavern, or individual may enter. Do you like hot or mild wings? Do you have a special sauce? Do you have a secret family recipe? Each establishment could hold a local contest and pick a winner to submit their chicken wing recipe and sample in the final contest on Sept. 17th at the airport grounds 1:00 p.m. Entry Fee is $10 per contestant. The winner of the best chicken wings will receive $25 in Chamber Bucks, 2nd Place will receive $15 and 3rd Place will receive $10 in Chamber Buck.
