REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

The City of Oconto is accepting proposals until 1:00 p.m. on October 23, 2015 at the Oconto City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, Wis. 54153 for the purchase of garbage bags with the following specifications:

 

Sizes 24”x 33” and 33”x 40”

24”x 33” .0015 mil thickness

33”x 40” .0018 mil thickness

Color: Light blue with “OCONTO” printed in black on each bag.

Small bags in rolls of 50               Large bags in rolls of 25

All rolls to be in poly sleeves with 4” twist ties

Bags to be produced with LLDPE resin

 

Proposal sheets may be obtained from the Director of Public Work’s Office at 1210 Main Street Oconto, Wis. 54153.

 

Quotes to be submitted per bag for the following quantities:

 

24”x 33”

30 cases; cost per bag _____

60 cases; cost per bag _____

115 cases cost per bag _____

225 cases cost per bag _____

 

33”x 40”

35 cases; cost per bag _____

70 cases; cost per bag _____

145 cases; cost per bag _____

285 cases; cost per bag _____

The cost will be for a one time order in either November or December, 2015. Costs will be verified for future orders.
