Minutes of the Meeting of the Wage & Personnel Committee Held

On Thursday, July 14, 2016 Pursuant to Notice Duly Given

 

  1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Le Breck at 4:15 p.m.
  2. Roll Call: Mayor Heier, Roger Reed, Kim Bronikowski, Bob Le Breck, Al Schreiber, Jean Feldt

Also Present: Sara Perrizo, Administrator and as Recording Secretary

3.   Approval of Agenda 

Moved by Schreiber, seconded by Reed to approve the agenda as presented.                                  M/

4. Public Input/Comments

Perrizo stated that the next agenda looks to be lengthy and asked if the committee would like to meet on a different day other that the day of the City Council meeting. The consensus of the committee was to hold the next meeting on Monday, August 1 at 5:30 p.m.

5. Discussion/Action/Recommendation on the Following:

a. Chairperson Le Breck stated that the Committee may vote at approximately 4:32 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) for discussion on personnel matters.

I. Review of Applications for Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Position

Moved by Feldt, seconded by Schreiber to enter into closed session at 4:32 p.m.

Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote.                                                                                 5 ayes

 Also present in closed session: Administrator Perrizo

 

6. Moved by Reed, seconded by Schreiber to return to open session at 5:12 p.m. 

Motion carried upon verbal voice vote.                                                                                      5 ayes

7. Action/Discussion on Matters from Closed Session

Moved by Feldt, seconded by Schreiber to interview candidates number 1, 4, 6 and 8.

Motion carried upon verbal voice vote.                                                                                                                                                     5 ayes

8. Moved by Bronikowski, seconded by Schreiber to adjourn at 5:14 p.m.
