City of Oconto Sesquicentennial coins are now available for purchase at City Hall (M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).  The cost of each coin is $10 and the proceeds will pay for the production of the coins as well as going toward the cost of events related to the sesquicentennial.

Coins can also be purchased online by going to: https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/plc/9038 and entering your information.  Please add $0.65 to each coin to cover the cost of shipping.

The owner will accept Bids for the above project located at the above address until 4:00 p.m. local time on the 13th day of March, 2019 for the following project:

 

Description:   Holtwood Campground Shower and Laundry Facility

 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site is scheduled for Thursday, February 27th, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the site.

 

General Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers may obtain Construction Document sets by contacting UPEA, whose contact information is listed above, in paper or PDF form as follows:

Paper copy:   For a non-refundable fee of $75.00.

PDF Copy:    For a non-refundable fee of $25.00.

Documents will also be available for viewing at the office of the Architect.

 

Refer to other bidding requirements described in AIA Document A701 – 2018 Instruction to Bidders.

 

Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.

 

The Owner requires the base bid Project to be completed by August 30, 2019.

 

Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form 00 41 13.

 

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

 

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.

This ADDENDUM NO.1, issued on February 22, 2019 is to clarify, modify and/or change the original plans and specifications issued by U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc., and is hereby made a part of the bidding documents.

Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this ADDENDUM No. 1 on the appropriate place on the Bid Form.

Date and location: The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be located at the City of Oconto Municipal Building Conference Room, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, on Thursday, February 28th, 2019, at 2:00 PM. A site visit will follow the meeting.
