To request an absentee ballot, please complete the attached form and return it, with a photo copy of your driver’s license to City Hall. Applications can be mailed to 1210 Main St, Oconto, WI 54153, or placed in the drop box of the entryway at City Hall.
Alternately, you can go to www.myvote.wi.gov to request your ballot.
