Notice of Public Hearing on Zoning Changes in the City of Oconto,

6:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Oconto City Council in the Council Chambers, at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI  54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Petition for Zoning Amendment from ALM Enterprises, LLC to Amend the Zoning for Parcel #265-32200072019 from Recreational (REC) to Multi-Family Residential (R3) and Parcels #265-32200012013A & #265-32200012013B from Single Family Residential (R1) to Multi-Family Residential (R3)

A copy of the proposed zoning map and changes is available at Oconto City Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All parties for and against will be heard.

The City of Oconto’s in-person absentee voting takes place from Tuesday, July 30th until Friday August 9th at City Hall, 1210 Main St, Oconto, WI 54153 from 7:30am until 4:00 pm.
