Important Information Regarding the City of Oconto Sewer System

Important Information Regarding the City of Oconto Sewer System
The sewer system on the south side of the City of Oconto has reached near capacity. Therefore, we are temporarily discharging from the system into the Oconto River, near the Collins Avenue bridge. We are in contact with the DNR regarding this issue and will remain so during this process. This is NOT a state of emergency. This is a proactive measure to alleviate a near capacity situation.
Anyone with questions should contact Jeremy Wusterbarth, Superintendent of Public Works at (920)373-2408.
